Love his movies, they were great to watch, and he gave you the impression of a very nice man, a Boy Scout type. It was hard to find out any deals about him because his life was kept so private. I am so happy that there are people that are trying to keep his memory alive..

Please leave comments: I am biased but he was and is a Son of Texas and one of our truely great Americans. All his life after the war, he lived with the pain inflicted on his soul by his war experiences. As much as he tried, he was never able to overcome them. That is something that cannot ever be honored enough. That goes for all combat veterans. I left a pebble on his headstone in Arlington in rememberance. It was MY honor to do so. This medal will hope insure that he is not forgotten. Thanks for your efforts on his behalf.
