    Comments: This company's idea of customer service leaves much to be desired. I would recommned thinking long and hard before deciding to do any type of business with them. I am still awaiting a refund after having returned the product to them several weeks ago and have even filed a complaint with the BBB who are as of yet unable to contact them. Beware!

I returned the product to them upon the advice of my credit card company however now have no product and no refund. My credit card company will not refund the money because it is 90 days since the purchase. I am basically SOL now.

    Comments: I was charged three times for the DVD's, and it has not been refunded since. I complained to my credit card company, who refunded the money to me. When the refund did not come through from Another Universe, my credit cardcompany was forced to cancel the card that I had, and send me out a new one. When the DVD's finally came to me, I had to pay cash on delivery for them, as Another Universe could not charge my credit card anymore. So I still technically haven't been refunded, *and* I still had to pay delivery charges once the DVD's got here, in addition to having to wait for a new credit card..solely because of AU. Ridiculous.

    Comments: I pre-ordered this set when the offer was first made from AU.com. I was fortunate enough to ONLY be charged once for the entire set, but I have never received any goods. A few weeks ago, I ordered the set from a viable retailer and have been enjoying the disks ever since. I've given up pretty much all hope of ever seeing either the disks or a refund from AU.

My credit card declined the charge but I had to cancel my card so it wouldn't keep happening. I never received an update or information after numerous complaints to AU.com
