I complained to my credit card company, who refunded the money to me. When the refund did not come through from Another Universe, my credit cardcompany was forced to cancel the card that I had, and send me out a new one. When the DVD's finally came to me, I had to pay cash on delivery for them, as Another Universe could not charge my credit card anymore. So I still technically haven't been refunded, *and* I still had to pay delivery charges once the DVD's got here, in addition to having to wait for a new credit card..solely because of AU. Ridiculous.Flag
