    Comments: I was TRIPLE charged for the DVD set and called almost weekly for 2 months, and still AU never refunded a penny. Finally I called my credit card company and had all 3 charges for $115 taken off/disputed. I am completely disgusted with AU and would NEVER use them again. I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit - THEY ARE BLATANT THEIVES!

    Comments: My initial charge for amount of $115.00 US was in early June 2002. I was first double-billed in July 2002. Then was billed yet again (triple-billed) in August 2002. I have received absolutely no communication from AU regarding my overcharges, despite many e-mail inquiries to their customer service department. As of today (January 2, 2003) I have yet to receive a refund or correspondence from AU.

    Comments: I was billed twice. AU refunded the "accidental" 2nd billing at my request. I later cancelled my order with AU and requested a refund. I also requested that my MasterCard bank reverse the charges for this since the items were not shipped when promised in Sept. and no new ship date was announced. I got MC to reverse the fee, but have never heard back from AU about my cancellation.

I am very displeaseased and saddened that our beloved tv show could get such horrible treatment from a company pretending to help the fans. :(
