It's two months later and not only have I not received a refund but they won't reply to my emails nor phone messages. They have shown a total lack of respect for not only me, but for the law. These people are thieves!

Still waiting for double-charge refund (4 months after charge occured) despite many attempts to have matter resolved through e-mail. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with a company associated with Ross Rojek to seek out other avenues of fulfillment.

In August they hadn't shipped anything even though they'd charged me in June. I cancelled the order on August 6 and now on December 27, I still have not seen a refund. This business is a sham and should be stopped.

    Comments: I still have not been refunded the double- charge on my credit card. I waited to report the double- charge to the credit card company, trusting that AU would refund the money-- to no avail. I have emailed the company and only received confirmation that my order was shipped. I have called, and either gotten voicemail or a message saying voicemail was full. I am really upset by this-- it's the first time I've really felt swindled. I like the show a lot, but it's not worth all this.
