| 32 | Anonymous | The fact that faction bias seems to be present is a big worry, however I am willing to concede that most evidence for this is thus far circumstantial. My reasons for signing this petition are explained below.
With regard to the banning of a player for stating the names that CSRs had given out to members of the community as their own, I absolutely believe this is a misuse of GM powers. Bans should be enforced for a breach of the CoC, and a breach of the CoC only.
If, as has been suggested, stating the player name of a CSR constitues harassment, the CoC must be amended to explicitely state this, as it is not obvious from the definition of harassment ("The act of tormenting by continued persistent attacks and criticism" as defined by Princeton's Wordnet).
Reverse the ban, admit it is wrong. |

The Example of Therowan's Guild where i know that her guild The New Empire where not punished i had a avatar in the guild and spoke to Therowan about this issue and she sore this as acceptable knowing that she would not get told off or punished.
The CSR's/GM's have been seen to be unfair and supporting one faction while doing its best to hamper the other.
The is a serious issue which Gameforge needs to address and publicly deal with - We the paying customer demand to know what you will do.

The game is not hugely subscribed as it is and giving players the right to ban other players for stating there opinions is a good way to kill it off completely. I am happy to put my name to this comment as I have no wish to play in a game where a trigger happy faction biased CSR can act as they wish and if this continues I may well quit (or get banned for stating a valid opinion) |
