My reasons for signing this petition are explained below. With regard to the banning of a player for stating the names that CSRs had given out to members of the community as their own, I absolutely believe this is a misuse of GM powers. Bans should be enforced for a breach of the CoC, and a breach of the CoC only. If, as has been suggested, stating the player name of a CSR constitues harassment, the CoC must be amended to explicitely state this, as it is not obvious from the definition of harassment ("The act of tormenting by continued persistent attacks and criticism" as defined by Princeton's Wordnet). Reverse the ban, admit it is wrong.Flag

The CSR service and the story used to be THE major selling points of Ryzom, thanks to these new GMs and CSRs Ryzom now has no real selling point left other than sentimentality.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Jun 16, 2007Comments: I believe that the above is correct and that ALL CSR's should be checked though i have personally lost members of my Guild from the unfair treatment by the CSR's and GM's towards the Karavan Faction specifically the KA. The Example of Therowan's Guild where i know that her guild The New Empire where not punished i had a avatar in the guild and spoke to Therowan about this issue and she sore this as acceptable knowing that she would not get told off or punished. The CSR's/GM's have been seen to be unfair and supporting one faction while doing its best to hamper the other. The is a serious issue which Gameforge needs to address and publicly deal with - We the paying customer demand to know what you will do. WaylandaFlag
