The purpose of this petition is to get AT&T to install DSL/UVerse services in rural areas. We require that AT&T should be responsible for installing a sophisticated network for all rural customers not just those in major cities. At the current time the only options to rural customers are; Wireless Internet, Dial Up, and T1 or greater.
