Dear AT&T We ask you to change your policy regarding the unlock of iPhones built to work on AT&T's Network We ask you to facilitate the process of unlocking iPhones and allow people who are not customers at all, past or present to unlock their iPhones even without proof of purchase The reason There are thousands of people worldwide who bought iPhones at full price that are locked to AT&T and are not in the US they have no receipts and even if they wanted to be customers they can not because they are not citizens of USA Sincerely iPhone owners overseas
