WHEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED DO PETITION that a charter in due form may be issued constituting them and their successors the Zeta Theta Alumni Association of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and endowing the said association and its members with all rights, privileges, and responsibilities pertaining thereto.
