This goes out to Hsbc and Bank Of Valletta Rabat Branches, We the citizens of Rabat feel it is high time we had an ATM machine in the centre of Rabat, as the current locations are highly inconvenient, first of all because of the distance to get to them, and secondly because parking in Saqqajja is a nightmare.
