    Comments: Professional athletes do not deserve this much money. Since when does athletic abilites have more value then metal abilites What have these (mostly)men ever done to better society Yes some give to charities and start youth programs, and its a good tax write off for them, but what about the researchers, law enforcement officers, teachers, scientists etc. These people not only make our lives better, they protect us and allow them to live. There is no reason someone should be given an $50, $100, or $250 million contract to play a game. Give that money to a police man who would die to protect you.

THIS JOB IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN BEING ON A BASEBALL TEAM OR BASKETBALL TEAM. ALL THIS MONEY THAT GOES TO OUR ATHLETES COULD BE SPREAD OUT TO GREATLY BENEFIT EVERYONE. IT IS RIDICULOUS HOW MUCH THEY MAKE!!!!!!!!

    Comments: i think that its not fair that the teahers at the school have to put up with alot of problems when athletes are getting paid more money for having fun. they might disagree saying that its stressful being an athlete but once again they chose too play that sport. i think that teachers should get alot more money than the athletes. if you are a new athlete you shouldnt get as much money as the legends, but a fair price.

    Comments: i think that athletes starting playing sports because they just loved to play the game.Today things have gotten to out of hand, i think that if someone wants to be a professional athlete they shuld get paid a smaller amount then what they do now because they shuld be able to play there sport because they just love to play the game. Pro. Athletes are so full of themselves they think they need millions but if they really just loved they game they wouldn't need that much money!!
