I would like to add another amendment to the constitution banning assult weapons during times of low international threat. Meaning that during high threat of invasion of US soil by foriegn nation or nations the ban will be lifted. When the threat is over, the US gov't will buy back all of the assult weapons sold during the threat. Buy back must be started within six months of threats end and sales records from gov't authorized dealers only will be used to recall all the assult weapons sold. Sport activity will still be legal but by facilities licensed to provide and manage any/all assult weapons used at sports function. The licensed organizations of these sporting events must check in/out or return the assult weapons used at the nearest National Guard Facility availible for guarded/monitored storage.
