Acitivision publishes video games' IPs on about a yearly basis, making their games repetitive and familiar due to a short development time, and eventually making gamers sick of the IP. If Activision aquires Take-Two, Take-Two's brilliant IPs might fall victim into the vicious yearly cycle of release, making their games, and a chunk of the entire industry, cheap and boring.
