Pogo has been enjoyed by many of people over the years and lately has become a breeding ground for harassment and cyber bullying. There is a website that is providing these tools to those that pay that allow a person to scroll a lobby rendering it useless. On top of that the same program also allows that person to freeze games as well. There have been leagues that have suffered due to the inability to rightfully use the game site. This past month of March things have got much more troublesome. Lobbies have been completely locked down by these programs and its turning away members. Among that program in Polar Fusions site there are those that allow the cracking of accounts. Many of people have had their accounts taken or disabled due to this software.

As those of us that pay for Club Pogo know, its not cheap. And to hand EA money but yet not recieve support in this issue is unnecessary. On top of that there is also Case's Ladder involved. There too are paying members for their memberships being denied service due to this issue.

This petition was started to hopefully get attention to an issue that needs to be desperately addressed.

EA, we as paying members of your service demand that you enact on your Terms of Service that you have posted. As well as that, make the changes necessary to make these programs useless on your service.

If changes are not made to this issue, we as paying members for both EA (Pogo), as well as Cases Ladder will one file a class action lawsuit seeking monetary reimbursement for loss of paid services. As well as seek an Cease and Assist injunction to have Polar Fusion closed down and removed.
