Tenants are charged a separate utility bill for Water, Trash, Sewer, Gas and Cam fee which is to help pay for Asphalt and cutting down trees. This cam charge is only being charged to the new tenants. Fees are charged by how many people live in the apartment. Water is approximately $10 to $15 per person a month. Sewer around $30.00 per month. Trash varies around $10 per month have seen higher $20 per month. Gas is $40 per month, not sure if that is year round or if it will go up in the winter time. So a family of five the water is around $80 per month and have seen a the utility bill around $200 a month and has to be paid at the time the rent is paid. Residents are very unhappy about these fees and we have no idea how to fight these charges. Some people are afraid to take showers because of how much we are charged for water.
