The Bible teaches us to love each other and reframe from activities that rebel against or defy the laws of God. It also severely warns against participating in or supporting activities the Bible deem immoral. See. Ephesians 5:7 This issue is not about making a mistake, because a loving God forgives us for the mistakes. It is about planning to engage in activities that are clearly against the will of God and expecting everyone else to come into agreement for rejecting God’s Word. Even though our First Amendment Constitutional rights prohibits Congress from making laws that impede the freedom to exercise religious beliefs; People have been targets for attack for their personal religious convictions. Businesses have lost thousands of dollars and individuals have been fired. Rulings were upheld or handed out by courtroom judges. Compare the kingdom of a Holy God to your home. Do you fling our door open to welcome EVERY kind of behavior inside or do you have standards for people that enter? The Bible has a list of lifestyles that God will not welcome into the Kingdom of Heaven. See. Galatians 5.
