Residents living by Asda of Utting Avenue want Asda to stop persecuting adjoining residents with 'horrendous' noise and other pollution. Residents also want Liverpool City Council to stop Asda breaching planning consent we also want Liverpool City Council to pay for a Judicial review regarding early morning and late night deliveries. Residents also want Liverpool City Council to hold an independent investigation into all matters contacted with the persecution of Residents. Residents want Asda to alleviate the noise nuisances and other pollution by erecting an acoustic barrier and lowering floodlights which shine into the Residents homes.Residents want peace and quiet in their homes.
