    Comments: Although I'm not all that familiar with the intersection in question, from what I see on a map, it seems that anything that could be done to restrict the speed of vehicles near a school should be done. The stop alone will not prevent further tragedies but the awareness that a driver would need to maintain should go along way in helping. Good luck with this endeavor Jessica; a very fitting tribute to your son.
