ARVIDA: Change the bell schedule back to ringing at 9:00

October, 16th 2014. Arvida announced that the bell schedule would be changed. The bell USED to ring at 9:00 am, but now the bell rings at 9:05 am, so the students, only have 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes to get to class.
