Support of Article 24: Willard Design Funds

We the undersigned, fully support the Concord School Committee's decision to move forward at the April 2005 Town meeting on Article 24: Design Funds for a New Willard School. The considerable safety concerns, challenges of an aging facility, lack of adequate and sufficient space at Willard all impact the ability of the children to learn effectively. The Finance Committee for the town of Concord has voted to support Article 24 based on the strong financial argument for moving forward now. We ask the Board of Selectman of Concord to support Article 24 as well.
