Name: Chantal Lusignan on Oct 30, 2006Comments: Rather than closing such a successful friendly business that has been thriving for over 10 years, they should eye the really dirty businesses over Brampton. This place has made alot of money and has thousands of customers who visit the place religiously.........If this place closes it will be the biggest mistake Brampton has ever made. I will also run my mouth to everyone to not visit that shitty town and other businesses will suffer.Flag

Name: Aaron Little on Oct 30, 2006Comments: It is unfair of the city to discriminate against businesses that have brought money to the city through its taxes. A business, as long as its legal, has the right to opporate where ever it wants as long as it fits into local bylaws based on the business practices it keeps. Meaning, unless they are breaking sound or chemical laws, or are conducting fraudulent or illegal business that business has more than enough right to opporate however and where ever it so pleases.Flag

Name: Jaime A. Camacho on Mar 2, 2007Comments: My name is Jaime and i truly hope that Art Addictions will remain in brampton where it belongs. Every tattoo i have, has been given to me by the talented Matt of art addictions. I would never trust anyone else with my body art. I feel that i have made a true connection with the staff who always seems to be well spirited and kind. Throughout my largest tattoo, my back piece, the entire staff stood by me and encouraged and supported me, sharing many laughs and bonding along the way. i hope art addictions is around for as long as i am able to visit. People who enjoy the art of tattooing ARE still integral parts of our community.Flag

Name: JohnClarke on Mar 8, 2007Comments: As a former resident of the city of Brampton and a frequent customer at Art Addictions I find it appaling that the city of Brampton is behaving in this maner. We are in the year 2007 not 1950 tattooing is an art form the people who are gifted enough to be able to create art in this form are artists and should be repspected as such. We are supposed to live in a society that provides equal rights and freedom of choice and expression to all it's members. To allow the city to do this to a business that has been around this long and provided such a great service would be a miscarriage of justice.Flag

Name: Vanessa B. on Mar 23, 2007Comments: Art Addictions is an asset to the community. Matt Wagg has always strived to better educate people about safe tattooing, working in partnership with the Peel Region Health Services, and the Peel School board. His shop is committed to a high standard of cleanliness, integrity and quality. He is a responsible business owner, who also gives back to the community. Brampton's downtown should represent the best services and products Brampton has to offer - Art Addictions and Matt Wagg most certainly fall into that category.Flag

Name: Amber Richardson on Mar 30, 2007Comments: Art Addiction shows diversity in the city. Why should we embrace and accept the other views and aspects of the city, if they wont even respect or acknowledge that tattooing is an art, and a way of expression, and who the fuck has the right to say its wrong Art Addiction stays. It's a part of brampton whether "they" like it or not.Flag

Name: Shannon Finlay on Apr 5, 2007Comments: All my family members have gotten artistry done on their bodies and their still alive. By the way looking awesome too. I will be the next candidate to get my Lion Tattoo done there. If Brampton wants you guys out of there then Body and Soul has to too. Fair is Fair but nobody gets hurt. I wish this city would focus on real problems like gangs, violence, weapons, druggies.. and not us people who wish to get pierced and tats. Were not the one causing the problems. It's other folks who disagree with Tattooing that are trying to ruin it all together. It's like you don't like what you see.. then don't LOOK! & Don't come in! No one is forcing you! Move on, with what your doing!Flag

Name: Teresa Cabral-Travassos on Apr 13, 2007Comments: How can you discriminate agains any type of business. Not far from downtown Brampton are those exoctic massage parlors. What is so different between them and Art Addictions or any other type of business. I have been a customer of Art Addictions in the past. I have had piercings done by Diance, tatoos done by Matt and have purchased body jewelry. Diane and Mat are great people and it would be a shame not to have them Downtown Brampton. They have become part of the Downtown culture.Flag
