Comments: Not only does the bottle spill, but without fail when I've crested the top of a 3 mile killer hill on my bike during a race, I grab the bottle out of my holder and the cap gets caught and makes it nearly impossible to drink out of with one hand. What do you do with that stupid 'seal' piece anyway I could barely open the dang think at the top of Yosemite Falls last week! My 9 year old daughter pointed out that they got away with charging more for less water. The bottles do not hold as much as they used to. The thinner plastic makes it more maleable so that it slips out of your hands very easily - as previously commented. Grrrrr...Kirkland brand water for us!

Comments: The new bottles are very awkward in cup holders. My wife is considering changing brands of water just because of the new design. Please bring back the old bottles! Thank you.

Comments: The taste of the water in the new bottles is not good. My guess is that the processing aids used to mold the new thinner bottles with their more intricate design may have leached to the water and caused the bad taste. It is always a trade off. Thinner bottles require less plastic and thus help the environment but the processing aids are chemicals that do not protect the environment or the health of the consumer.

Comments: I couldn't agree more! We have had Arrowhead deliver water for our office for many years now and never had a complaint. But since they started sending these new "Eco" bottles - I have seen many guests spill water trying to open the bottles. Very emabarrasing - imagine spilling water right in the middle of a board meeting! I called Arrowhead to ask them to switch back to the old bottles for our delivery and they said not possible as that is not available in our area. Looks like I will have to switch now...

Comments: I really don't care if the new bottle spills or not (I am capable of opening a bottle without spilage, thank you very much), but rather that the new bottles seem unable to stand up straight, and are far less convenient than the older style bottle. Honestly, to me, the decision is really rather simple -- I'll buy another type of water, from another vendor, and be done with it. If Arrowhead is actively working on losing customers, this may appear like a valid strategy. Make this -1.

Comments: I was arranging some waters and one happened to fall.. and what do you know the top heavy part probably hit the ground first and it caused it to burst open at the seams.. there by causing a mess... and getting the rice in the rice sack all wett along with some noodles. I don't want to buy these arrowhead bottles anymore i'll go for a prodcut with a sturdier bottle besides when i go to recycle them i will now get less money back even though i pay full price for CRV.

Comments: I have a very sick child at home and had to run to 7-11 to grab a few supplies. I bought a bottle of Arrowhead with the new top. I just wanted to get a water bottle with a spout, as that's easier for a sick child to drink from. I got the bottle home and spent 10 minutes trying to open the darn thing. Then I Googled how to open this stupid new top, and found a lot more people are having the same problem. Completely impractical top from a user standpoint. The little thingy you pull broke off about a quarter inch into stripping it off, so now I have no idea how to open the bottle, so the spout is still usable. Thanks Arrowhead. I used to be a fan of your product, but if I can't open it, I can't use it. If I can't use it, I aint buying it again. You've lost a customer until you can come up with an EASY OPEN bottle. I hate to think what would have happened had a put this stupid thing in her lunch box and expected her to open it on her own.

Comments: Hazard when driving due to bottle falling out of cup holder... I can't believe the marketing guru's didn't realize this would be a problem.
