Arrest Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic

The petition

To: Government officials worldwide with the power to seek justice for the crime of genocide.

We, the undersigned, demand for the arrests of Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic. It has been more than twelve years since the massacre at Srebrenica for which these men have been indicted for the crime of genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. It has also been twelve years of broken promised by government officials regarding their arrests.

We ask of you to use all diplomatic, military, and intelligence resources available to make certain that Mladic and Karadzic are arrested as soon as possible.

We also ask that there be no bargains or negotiations in seeking their arrest. We do not negotiate with terrorists--nor should we negotiate with the perpetrators of genocide.
