Sabedores da recente demissão da servidora concursada e líder sindical Simone Janson Nejar do Tribunal de Justiça do RS, em um processo que durou 58 dias, por supostamente ter atingido a honra do Poder Judiciário por ter denunciado o nepotismo e tecido críticas à Administração do TJRS, somos contra a subida do Presidente Armínio José Abreu Lima da Rosa ao STJ como Ministro, por não cumprir a Constituição Brasileira.
