The momentum behind this fight has become impossible for the National Trust for Scotland to ignore. We have shown them that the community will not stand by while they gut our heritage for their own bad accounting. They need to hear us louder until this closure plan is scrapped entirely.

One hundred people have spoken up to tell the National Trust for Scotland that closing Arduaine Garden is a cowardly move. These bureaucrats think they can dismantle our heritage to cover their own failures but we are just getting started.

The garden is stunning and brings so many people to the area. Keep it open.
Absolute madness. The Trust needs to find another way to save money instead of destroying such a beautiful spot.
Visited here every year since I was a boy. Its a national treasure and losing it would be a total disgrace.
Keep Arduaine open. Historic places like this should be protected at all costs.
DONT CLOSE IT. My kids love this place, its the best garden in Argyll by a mile.

So sad to hear this news. This garden is lovely and so well kept.
