Please help us to get recognition for "arapawa" goats in the uk.
Their future hangs in the balance until they are recognised.
We currently have approximately 73 "arapawa" goats, all descended from six New zealand imports in 2004.
This is a heritage breed and they are believed to be the direct descendants of our original english goat breed.
Help the "arapawas" achieve their true status in the uk which is their ancestral home.

The bureaucratic gatekeepers at the breed registries continue to ignore our history despite the massive surge of people demanding justice for these goats. This momentum proves that the public cares more about preserving our actual heritage than the stiff suits who have been blocking us from the start.

Ridiculous that they dont have recognition yet. These animals are a huge part of our history and deserve better.

Such a beautiful breed. We need to look after these guys properly.
Hardy little goats that belong right here in the UK. Keeping heritage breeds alive is vital.

This very rare goat is genetically unique, hardy and self-sufficient - qualities that would be disastrous to the species to lose!
