In September of 2006,the Army revised Army Regulation 190-56 (AR 190-56). This regulation introduced a physical agility test as a condition of employment. All Department of the Army civilian police and security guards are required to pass this test.
This test will force many veterans out of work and position the Army to petition Congress for more contract security guards. Congress must stop the Department of the Army from forcing our devoted civilian police and security guards out of work.
