Aquafresh Campaign Disaster

Dear m80 (Aqua-fresh), Recently you announced a campaign in which several bloggers agreed to be an ambassador for Aqua-fresh. We graciously posted PRIOR to getting the product because of the strict time constraints. Being that m80 is a company MANY of us have worked with and have a relationship with, we felt we could reach out and do this.  

Collectively as a group, we'd like to voice our concerns and say that this campaign was VERY poorly held. The products that were supposed to arrive, arrived much later then the date of 3-4 weeks we were told. After 3 weeks, some of us had received 2 cans of Aqua-fresh Iso Active Toothpaste, some did not. After 5 weeks, some of us have received a box containing additional Aqua-fresh items, some did not. During this time frame, MANY emails were sent to the rep in charge of this campaign, Lauren. Some were replied to and some were not. 

 As a blogger, communication is a HUGE deal. We can work with a lot but we can not work with the unknown. This poorly run campaign has caused many of us stress and many of us a lot of grief. In addition to this, we have many winners that are upset and continue to contact us in which we can not provide any information too. This is harsh because we spend a great deal of time gaining readers AND their trust. We aren't happy to let our readers down. This letter is to let you know those of us bloggers that did work on this campaign that are not very happy about it. You can work a solution with the individual bloggers or as a group. Resolution is necessary though. We've worked hard promoting Aqua-fresh and m80 and we deserve respect as a blogger that has done such.
