We want to be healthy as can be! As many residents may not be able to use the Weight Room or who may suffer from Fibromyaglia or sports injuries or are just starting mild exercise again. We request Walton Communities to sponsor Aqua Aerobics and Yoga for Walton Centennial residents to be offered twice a week.
