Comments: Big fan of this idea; I read Professor Feige's paper a few years back and have been talking about the APT Tax since. Solyndra claims they can't compete with the Chinese, causing their bankruptcy. Implement the APT Tax and the Chinese wouldn't be able to complete with us. Imagine if American manufacturers could reduce their cost by 23%!Flag -
