the arizona public service (APS)plans to bild a power substation in a residential area of Scottsdale at pima and dynamite roads.This plan will require installation of 60 foot power poles along dynamite road.We are petitioning the city of scottsdale to do whatever is necessary to stop this plan. As alternatives,APS could place the power station in an undeveloped area in the desert.Also,they could bury the power lines This petition will be sent to all residents of troon north in scottsdale,probably by late december
