This petition by the residents of Aprilmont Drive and surrounding streets that are affected by the neglect of the abandoned property at 2315 Aprilmont Drive. We are hereby petitioning that the powers that be, whether it be the Pheasant Creek HOA or Fort Bend Environmental Enforcement agency, or other agency who has jurisdiction over that property and its contents, do everything in its power to get the property completely cleaned up, inside and out. The issues of concern that need to be corrected are as follows: • IN THE FRONT: Broken blinds, broken screen door,trash, bricks, water hose, rocks, plastic pots, phone books at front door, glass in yard, Broken windows front 2, front light, gutters rusted out • Rats seen running across the street, large roaches, cats breeding in the house and backyard. Increased pest control costs for those in the immediate area. • Side of house- plunger, trash, planter boxes, bricks, over grown vines, holes in soffit We, the residents of Aprilmont and surrounding streets, affected by the property at 2315 Aprilmont, Sugar Land, TX 77498, would like to see this property cleaned up and properly dealt with for the safety of our children and our health.
