April 19th 2013 marks the date that French Electronic duo Thomas Bangalter & Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, otherwise known as Daft Punk, released 'Get Lucky' their first studio single, that wasn't a live album 'Alive' or cinematic soundtrack 'Human After All', in over 8 years. The hype and press attention, alongside numerous efforts to recreate the track from leaked and promo'd snippets of the track have left us with no other choice than to declare April 19th - World Daft Punk Day.
