When loan officers issue a good faith estimate to a potential borrower, the amc fee should be shown on the estimate. When closing docs are drawn up for closings. The amc fee should be disclosed and listed. This fee is currently being shown as the appraisal fee. This is not accurate, misleading, and makes the appraiser look bad. " full disclosure" should be insisted upon. The amc fee and the appraisal fee should be two seperate fees. It is not the appraisers fee.Flag
