    Comments: Transparency should be required for all aspects of the appraisal and appraisal management process. This protects the client, home owner, as well as the appraiser. Along this same line, if we all want fairness and transparency, Utah should be a full disclosure state, and hidden financial intrests should not be a part of real estate transactions in this State. Accurate data should be available to all, especially the appraiser using sales to va lue property many of which are not known to the appraiser because they were transacted outside the Multiple Listing Service.
