We the undersigned Utah Appraisers appeal to the Utah division of Real Estate to make an Administrative Rule as allowed by H.B. 152 for the following:
Appraisal Management Companies must disclose to the Appraiser AT THE TIME THE ASSIGNMENT ORDER IS GIVEN TO THE APPRAISER, what the total fee the borrower and / or AMC's client is being charged for the appraisal, and also clearly state the fee the Appraiser is being offered.
