501 Anton TrappSame thing here in Europe. Top products, but they cost much more than in the USA.

506 Marcel BahnenI like Apple products and use Mac's since the late 80's. I am a die hard mac user sort to speak but with the current level of the Dollar I think it's unfair that others outside the US can benefit from this. PS I live in the Netherlands.

509 say no to this price poltics
510 NathalieI love Apple products but I cannot justify paying so much more than our American neighbours, especially when the $CDN is higher than the $US. I am thinking of getting either a MackBook or the iMac, but the price is driving me away. I also wanted to get the 2GB memory instead of the 1GB, but the memory also costs more in Canada than the US.
511 Karl Parnow-KlothThat all is surely right, but here in Germany its even worse. Think it over, its not funny when you see, that the price for Mac-Products does not reflect the actual exchange-value Euro vs. Dollar!

513 Keith TakayesuI really, really want to order online from Apple (free shipping, free engraving, free gift wrap), but at the current price, I'd be paying $30+ for all of the above when ordering an iPod Nano, for example! Even an "open box" at BestBuy costs more than the U.S. Price!

522 C HoultI would buy a top of the line mac tomorrow if the prices weren't so criminally inflated. $8000 here vs $6300 in the US!!!

531 Daryl CroftI am amazed that Apple with all of it's financial success over the past year, can be so short sighted respective to Canadian pricing. Obviously, upper management at Apple feel that Canadians reflect such a small market share that they can disregard this market. As a high school computer instructor , I would love to promote the use of iMac's for our labs, but feel so annoyed with Apple over the current pricing issues. Yes, we do qualify for educational pricing, but I do not agree with the disparity in purchase price for Canadians. I myself hope to purchase a Macbook pro, but am now considering Alienware as an alternative system.
