Name: Ram Datt Sharma on Nov 20, 2012Comments: Existance of this law on the statute is disturbing for our society. It is making police as well as public vulnerable. Disadvantages of this law are much more than any promise of its advantage. Even among most political parties in the country it is agreed that the law was improperly used in Mumbai against the two young girls. It tarnishes the image of the police as well as the judiciary as the debate on the national television after the Mumbai (Palghar) incident shows. The international press has not missed this event which has tarnished image of India abroad. It must be scrapped altogether.Flag

Question was correct. Why to shut down Mumbai? Who is responsible for 1 day's financial loss which is in Crores because of Mumbai Band.Flag
