Comments: Why wasn't I arrested for my tweets on Sunday? Why weren't so many others too? That's because we have Freedom of Speech! We don't belong to a facist country! I have my heroes, and they have their heroes, and we shall respect each other, even though we do not believe in the same thing and believe in harmony!

Comments: Fully agree with the petitioner. Subversive use of this clause is making a mockery of this powerful act. In fact, I would think a much larger petition needs to be put together by activists to bring this insidious curtailment of freedom of speech in front of a pan Indian and international audience.
