    Comments: As Justice Katju has said, we are living in a Democracy and not Fascist Dictatorship. Unless the post is unparliamentary meant to directly attack any religious or social sentiment or incite violence against any section of people, it should not be construed as offensive or menacing. The Act needs an amendment suitably preventing only genuine offenses.
