A Plead For Help Free My Nephew Mack Polk An Innocent Man Crime Against Nature (oral sex) is a Felony in N.C. My nephew Mack Polk is charged with crime against nature oral sex that is a felon and sentenced him 10 years in prison as a habitual felon. As with this case in ATLANTA — A young man sentenced to 10 years in prison for having consensual oral sex with another teenager was freed Friday by Georgia\'s highest court, which ruled that his sentence amounted to cruel and unusual punishment. The Eightth Amendment, that constitution outlaws, Cruel and Unusual punishment. This is indeed a Cruel and Unusual punishment my nephew has to endure. Here is my article that was published in Monroe N.C. that I have had calls on that this is wrong and don’t know what to think about what has happen to him and are willing to help but, I need alot more people to do away with this law that is unjust this is unfair justice. On Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 My nephew was convicted of crime against nature (oral sex) He was sentenced to 120 Months (10 years) in prison - oral sex is a felon in N.C. How can this be he lived with his fiancee which is in the privacy of their own home why ruin someones life for something people do everyday this was consentual sex between two adults of age and she never said no. This is harsh, cruel and unusual punishment. These laws need to change oral sex has been going on for many years there are going to be a lot of inocent men young and old will suffer and their families unless this law is changed. How can a man be found guilty of something that most adults do in their every day sex lives his constitutional rights and civil rights were violated. My nephew has a court appeal which could take between 2-5 years to get back into the court system in the meant time he has to sit in prison and wait for a new court date. This has been a very painful, agonizing process seeing what he has had to endure he has a grandma hasn\'t seen in about 2 years that is dying of cancer that he loves very much and she loves him as her own son that she want be able to see for something that shouldn\'t even be. I hope this is understood because, I don\'t want others to suffer as he has and his family. I feel he needs a fast and speedy trial and this law needs to be changed. Lawrence V.
