| 66 | Anonymous | I would like to sign the petition. Keeping an individual incarcerated and caged is not a way to reintroduce them back into the main stream of society. Education is the key and I am glad to know that the prison system has programs for people incararated to get their education. One can only pray that those that have been locked up years can be reintroduced into society. Programs besides parole should be set up to assist those individuals to make sure they remain on a clean clear path. |

| 70 | Cameron James | I guess ine must decide what prisons are alleged to be designed for, and that is for the sole purpose of Rehabilitation unless that person is sentenced to die. Prison in itself is not punishment,it is however suppose to be the place where you are rehabilitated and reunified with family. So you genuinely have to ask yourself if this is actually true then how is keeping a gentleman since before he was actually a matured adult some form of rehabilitation. I think fifteen years is long enough for this man of 33 years to have been successfully rehabilitated. |
