Japan continues to slaughter whales for so called "scientific research" regardless that they have 100's of tonnes of whale meat in storage. There is no need for Japan to continue whaling. We all know how bad it is. With the invention of the explosive harpoon, Japan have expanded the range of whale they hunt. Now, they can catch the big whales, as well as the smaller ones they used to catch. Numbers are rapidly declining every year, and this needs to stop. (www.zedsweb.com/~ant)
