I was informed in Oct 2010 by the EHRC with me being a Vulnerable Adult being subjected to Pshychological Abuse in Oct 2010 I was informed that Pshychological Abuae was a violation of Human Rights Act 1998 Article 3 No one skall be subjected to Torture or to Cruel or Inhuman, Degrading Treatment or Punishment . In Jan 2011 I became a Disabled person in recept of Disability Living Allowance at the high rate for Care to have someone with me at all Times to prevent substational danger to myself, low rate Mobility Allowance to help me get arounf, to avoid danger and to have someone with me in unfamiliar places to prevent me getting lost. Under the Mental Capasity Act 2010 i was left to will full neglect and ill Treatment by local authorities and refused Medical help locally I traveled to various hospitals knowing that something was wrong with me as I had lost track of time and my memory had been affected However I was refuaed Medical help as a disabled person at hospitals as far away as Cumbria Infermary and after driving fot 4 hrs to Pontefract Infermary where at 04.00am I tried to self-confidence admit myself into hospital but i was turned away I spend some time sleeping rough on Saddleworth Moore In July 2011 I returened to the North East taking the first private onomi rented house knowing North Tyneside Council would not accomodate me as a vulnerable adult and after seven attempts at suicide they resused to accomosate me in Dec 2010 As a Disabled Person i sent templet letters under the Disability.Equality Act 2010 in which by Law Due Regard must be shown towarss Disabled People As a Disabled victm of Torture no Due Regard was showen forwards a Disbled Person leaving me to neglect and easy to explicit I became to be subjected to Pshychological Torture As a victim of Pshychological Torture I was admited on to a Pshychiarltric Ward after being subjected to Psycholigical Torture This was the first time I was allouf in to a hospital since Nov 2009 a total of 4 years had past being refused Medical help where I made then aware that I knew a lot about mental health but what was happening to me was not mental health related that it was brain related and that I wanted to know if i could recover but I had not seen anyone trained to make a genuine prognosis I had done lots of research through the Royal College of Pshychiatry to underkänd that Pshychiatrists are trained in medicine and if I wanted to know abort medicine i would go to a chemist Where Psychologists are trained in how the brain works and to get a proper prognosis you would want it to come from someone qualified and through becoming a member of ACAT I became aware of Dr Kerry Manson who is well recognised in her field as a Constant Forensic Pshychologist working within Aklington Prisökningar in Liverpool If i was to be assessed I wanted to be assessed by someone who is well trained and one of the best in the country thats why I wanted to be assessed by Dr Kerry Manson However this would take weeks to monrhs Then I became aware of a MRI Brain Scan that can reveal your personality though nanoscience which is factual data which could be used as evidence in a court of Law as you will be aware that a persons opinion can not be closed as evidence as opinions are only One persons thought and opinions do differ and i want a reliable prognosis as i am aware ,that Pshychological Torture leaves no pshycal scars as it is used to damage the brain With me being subjected to 2 years of Pshychological Torture I am nånting to have a MRI Brain Scan as I believe i sudtained trauma to the brain in Nov 2009 thanks to the CPS in London för access to info which clearly shows in two statements that differ the result of traumatic brain injury Although ive been subjected to Pshychological Torture i am being resused a MRI Brain Scan or Medical help Oct 2013
