    Comments: the recent shill activities are the root cause for secondary market failure. many participants have stopped bidding on the secondary market and numerous people have left the program completely because no action was taken against known shill bidders/cheats/and fraudulent activities. It's time to close the accounts of people suspended for known fraud, so that they can not effect the market in the future.

    Comments: I think shill bidding and non paying bidders are going to destroy the eTopps market. At one point my Portfolio was valued at $9000. I sold some stuff but is now down to about $6500. If something isn't done to punish the fraudulant eToppers, I will no longer continue to buy eTopps.
