I Benjamin Walter Frisch of Lyle Texas hereby start this petition to disband the unlawful conduct, invasion of privacy, and extortion  imposed on the residents of Quial Creek by this newly formed Quil Creek HOA . This HOA has consantly Harrassed and  walked on the rights of lawbiding American citizens as set forth by or constitution.  The Quail Creeks Homers Owners Assocciateion allows residents to by land without knowing of their organization, moreover months later they being harrasising residents that they must be a part Of the HOA with monthly dues and annual assissment fees, by using gangster tack ticks. The country is no place for a H.O.A nor are the practices of said group by forcing you to pay when nothing is there by trailers livestock and thorns. Teir is nothing conveinent location wise, nor is there any type of parks or recreaction.  There has been no return in said community only treats and harrassment by corparate lawyers. These HOA's do not pay the land notes nor property taxes, by yet feel they have the right to control your actions on your own property, and unjustly take down any structure not aproved by their group, moreover swindle the land away frm the rightful owners
