I have spent this week drafting formal letters to the WXPN board detailing the conflict between their non-profit status and these specific sponsorship agreements. We are currently tracking internal feedback from listeners who have successfully canceled their recurring donations in protest. My next step is to request a meeting with station management to present these findings alongside our total petition count.

The volume of support has reached a level where the station management can no longer ignore our position. I am currently drafting a formal letter to the board of directors to demand a meeting regarding their sponsorship policies.

Seriously? Blood money on public radio? Cancelled my membership already.
Disgusting. WXPN should know better than to run ads for a furrier. Im turning the dial until this changes.
Find different sponsors. This is making me sick.
I loved this station but I cant support them while they take money from a place that sells animal skins. Gross.
