The person that done this need to witness a dog dying from this then maybe they would think before they do such a thing. Rocki was a sweet dog playful and loved his family. I miss him so much. He loved people. He would not harm anyone. I think it should be a harsh punishment to anyone that intentionally does this to an animal. |
