My neighbor constantly shoots any animal that enters his yard, squirrels, rabbits, foxes, blue-jays, etc. . . We live in the country so you can imagine the animals he has kill for no reason. He puts food scraps in his yard instead of throwing this food away. Well now he has added antifreeze to the mix. As I said we live in the country so yes our dogs go out of the yard from time to time. When we find them doing this we chain/pen them up to try and teach them to stay at home they're both still puppies. My Lab just turned 1yr and my Beagle is 11-mos. It's bad enough when a pet or child ingests antifreeze by accident, but when someone gives it to them on purpose they ought to have the same done to them. I will be glad to help get this bill passed in anyway I possibly can. Clarkrange TN |

Being a place where humans and their cars went, there were deaths to both adults and pups with the antifreeze. Even unintentional poisonings, if they can be avoided, should be taken care of if it is as simple as putting a bittering agent into the contents . Thank you for being a human that is kind to our four-leggeds and others that fly and swim. |

That bitterent saved their lives!!! And will save many more if we require all antifreeze and all products containing antifreeze to have a bitterent agent. |
