Name: Sean Johnson on May 9, 2007Comments: If you do the crime you should have to do the time. No celebrity should be raised above the law. Unless you are prepared to give EVERYONE WHO ASKS this kind of leniency, Paris Hilton should go to jail. Letting her get away with this is not the kind of message we want to send the rest of the country.Flag

Name: Patricia Cox on May 9, 2007Comments: Paris is spitting in the face of the judge and justice when she spouts off saying that she has been treated unfairly when she has been given every opportunity to stay out of jail given the fact that she was drunk driving. The truth is that Paris broke the law when she violated her probation twice. It is only fair that she serve her time. Paris has the means to get a ride to where ever she may need to go. Govenor Schwarzeneger I ask you please be fair and do not bow to the rich and famous in this. If you let her get away with this then you should consider giving every person who breaks the law a pardon. Let Paris learn from her mistakes. Paris may have more than others and that is okay but she is not above the law.Flag

Name: Michelle Dobson on May 11, 2007Comments: I agree that she should have to serve the time that anyone else in the REAL world would be forced to serve. There should definitely be a change with the treatment of "celebrities" when it comes to breaking the LAW. Plus, she's getting off easy enough with only having to do 45 days.Flag
